How I work

What actually happens in sessions

I don't stick to one rigid method. I work with whatever you bring into the room. Some men want to understand patterns. Others want tools. Some just need a space to think out loud. We'll figure out what's useful for you.

Sessions are 50 minutes. I'm direct — I'll name things I notice and ask questions that cut to what's actually going on. You won't get platitudes or vague reflections. You'll get honest engagement.

The goal isn't to fix you. It's to help you understand yourself better so you can move through life with more clarity and less weight.

Free 20-min consultation

We talk briefly about what you're dealing with and whether we'd be a good fit. No pressure, no commitment.

First full session

We go deeper. You share more, I ask questions, and we start to get a sense of direction. Sessions are 50 minutes.

Ongoing sessions

We meet regularly — usually weekly or biweekly. The work deepens over time. You'll notice things shifting between sessions.
